Factory Plaza celebrates it’s 20th birthday

The Factory Plaza held a late night shopping celebration in honour of its 20th birthday last Saturday.

Patrons were welcomed by a sizzling boerewors stand at the door. Proceeding further,there was a choice between doughnuts or cookies and cream popcorn.

A delight for children of all ages, Barney, Minion and Winnie the Pooh Bear, along with other cartoon characters, made an appearance to fascinate the tiny tots.

To commemorate 20 years of joyous shopping, Factory Plaza offered shoppers a 20 per cent discount at all stores in the plaza.

“We would like to thank our shoppers for the support over the 20 years, and would like to give something back,” said Marianka Siecker, marketing manager of Factory Plaza.
