A bold message to usher in the festive season.
With neon red proclaiming ‘Merry Christmas’, Ncandu 86 Round Table officially switched on its Christmas lights last Wednesday.
These lights will burn merrily between 6pm and 10pm, until Christmas Day.
Sponsored by Phyllis and Andrew Kirkland, these lights were once part of the festive display at the home of Tillie and Allan Kirkland.
Ncandu 86 chairman, Johan Pieters gave special thanks to the family.
With a brass band on hand to provide an ambience, children frolicked in the foam, courtesy of firefighters from the Fire and Rescue division of Protection Services.
To help spread festive cheer, sponsored company events can be hosted at the clubhouse.
