Running towards CANSA support

Grey Goose hosted a park run in support of CANSA at Grey Goose Game Lodge on Saturday, March 19.

Seeff Properties was in charge of the Shavathon table, where they encouraged runners to have their hair colour-sprayed or shaved in support of cancer patients.

Owner principal of Seeff Properties, Grant Smith, said he was excited to do the Shavathon as he thought it was a great way of giving back to the community.

“My father passed away from cancer a few years ago and CANSA played a huge role in his support, so I am glad to do my part and help support them today.”

He emphasised the importance of CANSA, as the sickness itself was affecting more and more people over the years.

” We would like to get more involved with them on a more regular basis,” he concluded.

For more information about CANSA contact 034 315 1751 or 1 Vlam Crescent, Newcastle.
