One of the lady entries, Louise Rode, of Hillcrest, who works for the Quad Paraplegic Association in KZN.

The village children crowded around the bikers as they enjoyed lunch at the Wasbank Primary School and Steven Payze of one of the sponsors, Avis, presented the children with beanies and soccer balls.

Ari Seirlis, CEO of the Quad Paraplegic Association, was also riding in his specially adapted quad bike.

The local kids were royally entertained.

Happy Ndbele (32 years), Thabile Ziqubu (31 years ) and Maliga Pillay (32 years) – three of the longest serving Charlies SuperSpar employees.
