88th Northern KZN Golf Open tees off in Dundee

The sunbathed Country Club is the scene today of some top golf

The 88th Northern KZN Golf Open teed off on Sunday morning under a glorious summer sky. Around 78 players – many top golfers from around KZN – are playing with youngster, Luke Mayo, a plus five handicap player, Derek Scullard, Graham Fabricius some of the favourites. Locals playing include Jurie Engelbrecht, Sifiso Kunene, Mark Nero, Pierre Booysen, Wynand Ackerman, among others.
Player will walk 36 holes. Sponsored by Brian du Toit – himself a past winner of the trophy – of Farmers’ Agri Care – the trophy is much sought-after with many of the players using this as to add to their points on the circuit.
Prize giving will be held later today, Sunday.
