Fitness fanatics from all around Northern Natal again dusted off their running shoes and set out to beat their previous year’s record at this year’s Gooderson Willem Boshoff Memorial Half Marathon.

Despite having rained for almost the entire week, the weather cleared up on Saturday and made way for the runners to head on up that running trail.

This year there was a 21.1km race, a 10km race, a 5km fun run and a 42.2km as a Comrades qualifier.
