While the beloved crocodile needed some encouragement at first, he soon joined in and danced along to Riana’s favourite tracks.

Likewise, young fans danced to their hearts’ content.

During her performance, Riana explained she was born and bred in Newcastle, but had last visited her hometown in 2017.

She was only a learner when she received Jesus into her life.

Riana said the realisation there was more to life came with a calling to listen to the voice of God and obey His wishes.

Members of the congregation at large seemed to appreciate the candid message and wholesome performance of Riana and also sang along.

This capped off a great weekend for fellows in Christ.
