Lighthouse church shines bright on Spring Day

Face painting, a tuck shop, and an array of food stalls encouraged visitors to partake in the day’s festivities.

The youth group of Lighthouse Christian Revival Centre hosted a Spring Day fundraiser on Sunday, September 1.

Its aim was to raise enough funds to contribute towards the church’s new building.

Pastor, Neville Maistry said the youth were tasked with raising funds for the new church’s ablution block.

Face painting, a tuck shop, and an array of food stalls encouraged visitors to partake in the day’s festivities.

While the adults engaged in a game of volleyball, the little ones enjoyed themselves on the inflatable jumping castle.

A pool table also entertained avid players, who put their skills to the test.

Youth leader, Jolene Singh ensured the day progressed smoothly all in the name of fundraising, while having fun.

The church thanked all who attended and supported the event.
