More than 80 families were recipients of food parcels, hygiene packs and blankets last Wednesday.

This was when Gift of the Givers Estcourt representative Jaaved Khan, accompanied by municipal officials, visited residents in Clouston (near Colenso) and KwaMasuku (near Wembezi).

The distribution was well-received by the residents, who broke out in prayer, song and ululation as a gesture of appreciation.
