Drakensberg FC sells ABC Motsepe League status
Rivalry between Junior Eleven and Young Elephant will continue in the ABC Motsepe League

Local team Drakensberg FC has sold its ABC Motsepe League status to Estcourt giants, Young Elephant.
This has been confirmed by Young Elephant team manager Nathi Mchunu.
Young Elephant held trials on Wednesday (July 3) at Lambert Park in Estcourt, aimed at bolstering their squad as they will be playing in a more competitive league when the new season starts.

Young Elephant has been playing in the Nomgwenya Security Men’s Regional League and failed to qualify for the ABC Motsepe League play-offs after finishing second, below Junior Eleven FC.
Good news on the local soccer front is that Ladysmith team Junior Eleven will be playing in the ABC Motsepe League. They need all the support they can get.
