The highly-anticipated fifth annual Inkosi Yomahlalela Games are officially open for team registrations. This year’s tournament promises to be an exciting display of skill, sportsmanship and community spirit, culminating in thrilling football matches at the KwaMnguni sports ground.

The Inkosi Yomahlalela Games have become a cornerstone event on the local sporting calendar, fostering healthy competition and providing a platform for rising soccer stars.

The organisers are thrilled to see a strong lineup of teams already confirmed, ready to battle it out on the field.

Confirmed teams:

Under 13 category:

1. Sunrise FC;

2. Flying Angels FC.

Under 17 category:

1. Hawks FC;

2. D Aces FC;

3. Egypt FC;

4. Flying Angels FC;

5. Mastercity FC;

6. New Stars;

7. Scorpion FC.

Ladies’ teams:

1. Black Diamonds FC;

2. 19 Ladies Destroyer FC;

3. Dangerzone FC.

• Official draw: Saturday, August 30, at Emahlutshini Community Hall;

• Game play dates: Saturday, September 6, and Sunday, September 7.

Registration is now open. The closing date for registration is Friday, August 15.

All tournament matches will be held at the KwaMnguni sports ground, a central and accessible location for both players and spectators.
