Police divers are still searching for the missing Ladysmith dentist. Police divers are combing the lake on the Drakensberg Sun property.

Dr MQ Khan is believed to have drowned in a boating accident yesterday afternoon.

It is believed that a teenager was also in the canoe at the time of the accident. The canoe capsized, throwing both occupants into the water. The teenager was wearing a life-jacket and attempted to raise the alarm. At this stage, it is unclear why the doctor was not wearing a life-jacket. The teenager was rescued from the bitterly-cold water.
