Peet fights cancer with PlayStation games

Klein Peet Barnard is currently doing well at Grey’s Hospital in Pietermaritzburg.

Klein Peet Barnard is currently doing well at Grey’s Hospital in Pietermaritzburg. The 10-year-old was diagnosed with cancer in February and it was recently found that the cancer had spread into his brain.
Peet had an allergic reaction to a platelets transfusion on Monday night, but hospital staff acted quickly to sort out the problem. The brave young man was doing much better on Tuesday morning, laughing with his mom and enjoying his new PlayStation console.
His blood count is still very low, but Peet is determined to carry on fighting. He is focusing on mastering all the PlayStation games that were donated to him and taking his mind off his sickness at the same time. Remember to keep him and his family in your prayers!
