A celebration of local artistic talent
Thirty artists will be showcasing their talent at the Newcastle Art and Craft Expo this weekend.
More than 30 artists will participate at this weekend's Newcastle Art and Craft Expo which promises to be a wonderful celebration of local artistic talent and achievement.
The event takes place at the Farmers Hall on September 21 and showcases a diverse range of art, craft and collectibles that will be exhibited by artists manning their own stalls.
This will provide an opportunity for the public to interact and speak with the artists themselves.
Artists from Alecia Coetzee’s Art School in Dundee and several artists from Ladysmith will also participate. Exhibits will include all forms of fine art as well as beadwork, horn carving, outdoor and soft furnishings.
The Deptartment of Art and Culture will be sponsoring displays that reflect our diverse cultures.
