LAST Wednesday evening, excitement filled the air as Michaelis Schule held their annual prize giving.
Hopes were high as pupils sat with bated breath, waiting to hear if their hard work had paid off and if their name would be the next to echo through the hall. Nicole Muhl not only became the Dux of 2013 but also walked away with the following trophies: Hattingh Trophy for person who is always polite, eager to help, shows good camaraderie; Ulrich Prigge Trophy for the best results in German Mother Tongue, Sheferman Trophy for the best progress in English, The Principal’s Trophy for the best results in Mathematics and the Ronelle Muhl Trophy for the best Girls Cricket Player of the Year.
