Nighttime fun at the merry-go-round

Young and old alike flocked into Tommy’s Merry-Go-Round in Agra Road, Aloe Park, on Friday night to do some socialising and have fun on the various rides. A definite highlight was a new ride called the ‘Hi-Roller’, a mini roller coaster that elicited many screams of delight and terror as those who dared go on the ride were swirled away into the air.

The little ones especially had a great time, being spoiled by their parents and going on ride after ride. A kaleidoscope of lights and hypnotic music filled the air as everyone chatted away merrily and soaked up the carnival atmosphere.

The fun-fair is set to be in town until the end of the month, which gives everyone enough time to try out the rides, new and old, and get together with friends at the same time.
