Ngcebo going strong

Ngcebo Theodore Nkosi took part in the Petrus Molefe Body Building Show which was held at Jabulani Theatre in Soweto on Sunday, March 22.

Ngcebo took first position in the competition and has been chosen to represent South Africa in Los Angeles in August where the Shaun Ray Classic Show will be held.

He says that he was very happy about this achievement as this was the first time he took part in such a competition.

“I would like to thank Sandile Buthelezi who helped me start out my bodybuilding career and everyone else who assisted me along the way,” said the proud bodybuilder.

Ngcebo says that he would appreciate financial assistance from the community as bodybuilding is very costly.
