Brace yourselves folks, the East Coast Radio Breakfast team is coming to Newcastle! Darren Maule and his team will be visiting on July 23, and will be broadcasting live from the Village Walk Shopping Centre.
Their mission? To spread some serious love and loads of fun.
Darren, Natarah Nadesan, Gabriel Sithole and producer (Gorgeous) George Thorne are lacing up their adventure boots as they go on a province-wide quest to meet loyal listeners, make some new friends and learn more about our magnificent province.
They will be looking for the stories that make Newcastle stand out above the rest; the hidden gems.
These stories will then be shared with the entire KZN when they broadcast live between 6am and 9am.
Travelling in a, you-can’t-miss-it customised tour bus, Darren will be accompanied by a 25-strong team, including the East Coast Radio TV crew and the official tour photographer.
Darren will be doing a 20-minute stand-up comedy stint at the Mid City Grill restaurant at the Black Rock Casino. The notorious funny man will make you laugh your ‘peep’ off.
Come meet Darren and the team. Find out how tall he really is; hear one of his legendary stories first-hand and if you can get him to stop talking for a few seconds, you can ask him anything you want!
