Charges against the “Rotten Meat” businessman were never placed on the court roll, which have left readers asking who, why and what happened?

“The matter was not placed on the court roll. The Ladysmith Stock Theft Unit will take the case under advisement in terms of which charges are to be investigated, if any.”
