The Methodist Church in Vryheid hosted a fun-filled Bingo and Soup Evening to raise funds for their church.
THE METHODIST Church in President Street held their annual Bingo and Soup Evening on the somewhat chilly Friday night of August 29.
Fortunately, the warm atmosphere and delicious variety of homemade soups and breads on offer made up for the chill factor outside.
As the evening progressed, fantastic prizes were won by lucky ticket holders, as well as the winners of the rounds of Bingo played. Prizes ranged from meat hampers to weekends away, all donated or sponsored by local businesses and families.
The Bingo and Soup Evening is held annually as a fundraiser for the Methodist Church. The popularity of the event appears to be growing every year, so don’t miss out on the next one.
