The dumping continues

The Democratic Alliance councillors write:-

ILLEGAL dumping continues unabated. This shocking and inconsiderate filthy habit is now really getting out of hand in town as well.

Unless we stand together our town will soon look and smell like a dump site. The latest trick is to remove no dumping signs in order to dump rubbish where it suits these horrible people. Residents must please ensure that gardeners also know the rules of no dumping.

We appeal to everybody to help with this problem, by getting involved and telling culprits that it is not allowed. We know this is asking a lot , but how else can we stop this scourge?
