Food for Life serves Sunday lunch to Sakisizwe

On the arrival of the Food or Life team the elderly, youth and little ones patiently waited to receive a scrumptious warm meal

The Food for Life team, made their way to Mvundlweni near White Mountain on Sunday afternoon, February 22.
Surrounded by breath-taking scenery Sunday lunch was served to members of Sakisizwe, an old age home/community centre.

On the arrival of the Food or Life team the elderly, youth and little ones patiently waited to receive a scrumptious warm meal accompanied by a nutritious home-made beverage. Sundays’ lunch was sponsored by Curt Gangan.
The meal was the first that the Estcourt Food for Life branch served after officially being welcomed as part of the global Food for Life Organisation.
