On May 9, Estcourt Secondary fielded a male and female team in the High School Umtshezi Volleyball Association (UVA) Tournament. The teams were coached by educators from the school, Mr A Maniram and Miss AF Drew.

The level of play on the day was outstanding and the matches highlighted the skill of players. Digs, volleys and spikes kept the crowd riveted and the players engaged.

Estcourt Secondary girls triumphed over all the teams taking first position. The boy’s team, succumbed in a gruelling finale. The School Governing Body, Principal, staff and learners would like to thank UVA for their outstanding hosting of the tournament and for their support throughout.
