WE played our last winter sport fixture on Saturday, May 3, against Pongola.
Only six teams participated and all six won their matches. The first team netball played exceptionally well – Good girls! Also congratulations to the u/16A rugby side who won their game with great rugby played.
Results: Netball: 1st 27 – 10; u/14A 22 – 9. Girls’ Hockey: 1st 2 – 0; 2nd 3 – 0. Rugby: 1st 8 – 5; u/16A 27 – 5.
Mr R Scholtz attended a NCS Content Training Course for Engineering Graphics and Design in Durban from May 29 – 31 and definitely empowered himself and his department by gaining more knowledge and experience. Our sincere thanks for your diligence and sacrifice.
Two of our learners, M Niebuhr and K Buthelezi obtained their Natal colours for Netball. Congratulations! Good luck for the South African trials which will be played during the July holiday. We are very proud of you!
The June examinations begin next week, so learners are reminded that their academic success determines the path their future education will take. Prepare well for these examinations.
