Unlicensed firearm found

Police in Utrecht are investigating a case of possession of unlicensed firearm.

Police were tipped off by members of the public, leading to a search being conducted on June 25. A 30-year-old suspect was apprehended and charged.

The suspect is expected to appear before court soon.
