ARA merges with Afriforum

AT OUR ARA report back meeting on the evening of Wednesday, July 8, the ARA members agreed with the committee decision to amalgamate with Afriforum but voted by a large majority to transfer our ARA funds to Buurtwag, the Vryheid Neighbourhood Watch that is doing such good work in combating crime in co-operation with the SAP.Several of our ARA committee members were elected to the Afriforum Committee in the Afriforum AGM that followed our ARA meeting, so it really is an amalgamation.
