Mange Primary School had a great sports day on July 29.
The sports organiser, Mrs Zulu, arranged this day to be successful by communicating with the sport organiser of Langeni Combined School, Mr Zulu.
Mange primary school was prepared to play a friendly match with netball girls’ under 9 team, coached by Mrs Ndwandwe and the girls’ under 13 team, coached by Miss NP Mkhwanazi, as well as the girls’ under 15 team, coached by Mrs Zulu.
The boys’ coach is Mr BM Zwane. While they were meant to play two teams, it was later discovered that Langeni Combined School had only brought one boys team and two girls teams. The mini team did not play.
In the girls u/12 team, Mange scored 16 to Langeni’s two goals, while the u/15 girls’ team also scored 16 to Langeni’s 2. The boys beat Langeni by two goals to one. The best player was Mnyandu Silindile in grade 7.
