Public urination is a crime
The public seem to be ignoring the Post Office toilets which are available for their use and it is unclear whether this is as a result of the R1 entry fee.
THE WALLS in the Post Office alley have fallen victim to public urination for a very long time.
Some community members have taken to using this area as a public facility to relieve themselves and the puddles of urine as well as the disgusting sight of faeaces meet all those walking through the alley.
The pungent smell is unbearable and one has a hard time trying not to gag.
The community and police have been overlooking this issue for a long time, ignoring its adverse effects on people’s health and wellbeing, as well as peaceful existence.
Experts say that the smell that will come with the collection of urine and the collection of ammonia and all the plangent smells that you will get in such circumstance will cause chest illness. For someone who has asthma, it can cause them or trigger an asthma attack.
