Thousands of Rand in shopping vouchers are up for grabs!

The first male and female will receive R2 000 worth of vouchers, while the second and third placed of each gender will receive R1 500 and R1 000 respectively.

More than R5 000 worth in additional prizes and lucky draws are also on the line.

Cell C is hosting a lucky draw for all residents who visit their store, and one person will walk away with a free cellphone.

Between 10am and noon, there will be cultural entertainment at the Edgars Court.

Whether you’re shopping or running, join Newcastle Mall for a day of family fun.

This includes “Mzansi String Quartet, the Taiwanese Chamber, Aja Nachale Indian Dance School, plus artists such as Len Thomas, Leendert Breedt, Ruan Nel and Indumiso Creche,” explained Mall Marketing Manager, Beulah Rajkumar.

A jumping castle can keep the little ones happy.

Thanking tenants and sponsors who have contributed to the success of the event, Mrs Rajkumar said a donation to Khulisa Social Solutions would also be made on the day.

Registration takes place at the Edgars Court on September 23, for R20 per entrant.

“The run starts at 10am on the 24th from Entrance 3, the Taxi Rank area. Prize-giving for the fun run is at noon at the Edgars Court.”
