A good deed for Correction’s Week

Nquthu businesses teamed up with the Ncome Correctional Services to celebrate Corrections Week by giving back to their community.

CORRECTIONS Week is a period for profiling various interventions in various communities, during the month of September.
Nquthu businesses teamed up with the Ncome Correctional Services to celebrate Corrections Week by giving back to their community.
Together, they donated building material, which helped build a house for a destitute family in Nquthu.
Offenders who are good with bricklaying also landed a hand during the building of this house.
Business owners in the area donated a cupboard, electric stove, bed and a fridge including food.
The Ncome Area Commissioner Mr LJ Zikhali would like to thank the Regional Area Commissioner Corrections Ms Mkhize N, Westville Area Commissioner Mr Mchunu B.B, Ms Xaba and eNdumeni Municipality Mayor Clr. Mahaye for being present at the official hand over of the house.
