Mpofana municipal traffic officers pulled over a silver Porsche on Thursday.

The vehicle has been identified as belonging to a Director at Umtshezi Municipality but no confirmation has been received from Mpofana Municipality.

According to a source the driver, who was allegedly the Director’s son, was allegedly speeding as well as driving with a blue light.

It is reported that the man was driving to the airport. The vehicle was impounded in Mooi River.

An official media inquiry was sent to Mpofana Municipality’s Head of Traffic Paul Greyling for further information but none was received at the time of going to print.
