Three Malawian nationals appear in Court on murder of McKenzie Street businessman

Three Malawian nationals have appeared in the Dundee Magistrate’s Court on a charge of the murder two weeks ago of Naseem Mohammed.
Mr Mohammed died when he was hit on the head with an iron pipe shortly after opening his business, Andrews Autolot, on the morning of December 3.
Police – including a police reservist – worked diligently to trace the murderers. The manhunt lead police to Glencoe, Wasbank and back to Dundee before two of the men were arrested in the Boksburg/Benoni area in Gauteng on Monday morning.
A third man was arrested at his Willson Street home. One of the men worked for Mr Mohammed.
Several items, stolen from his business, including a laptop, bankcards were recovered.
