Spook and Diesel walked away impressive victors.
Mother Nature had the final say when it came to cricketing action with five games being rained out recently. Two T20 games, two Saturday 30 over games and one Sunday 50 over game was called out due to the rain. However, two games did go ahead and the action was intense in both clashes.
T20 Night League : Spook and Diesel vs Molls
Molls batted first making 143 all out thanks to Daniel’s 45 and 41 from Chris. Tishen took 4/24 and Haroon took 2/11 for Spook and Diesel.
In reply though, they could only amass 114/6 in their allotted overs. Udien top scored with 29 and Rishi made 25. Wilfred took 2/13 and Carl took 2/15 as Molls picked up a well deserved win.
Sunday 50 Overs : Pakistan Lions vs Spook and Diesel
Spook and Diesel batted first, making an impressive 213/4 in their 30 overs. Udien was destructive with the bat making 98 while Rishi also impressed, making 49. Ashfaq took 2/41 and Waqas took 1/21.
In reply Pakistan Lions were bowled out for only 85, mainly thanks to 21 from Ali and 18 from Farouk. Ritesh destroyed the Lions batting line up taking a hattrick on his way to figures of 6/18. Avish took 2/3 as Spook and Diesel walked away impressive victors.
