Break-in at Intando Milling

It was found that access had been gained by breaking windows

This morning (Monday), shop owners were shocked to find that the Intando Milling store had been broken into.

A speed-point (card) machine, globes, washing powder and candles were missing.

One of the owners commented that everything seemed normal when they opened the store. However, when they got to the till point, they saw that the area had been ransacked.

This being the second break-in at the shop, they immediately inspected the ceiling, as this is how the suspects got in last time.

However, it was found that access had been gained by breaking windows.

The shop owners say that, according to NN Alarms, the alarm went off just after 4am. NN guards evidently responded to the alarm, but everything seemed to be all right.

NN Alarms and Caracal Security were on scene.
