Traffic travelling along Poort Road will be diverted from 8am today to provide uThukela with the opportunity to repair a burst pipe near the Walton / Poort Road intersection.

It is unclear how long this will take, but it could possibly be most of the day.

Traffic going down Poort Road towards the CBD will be diverted into Walton Street and traffic travelling up towards Sondela Service Station will go counter-flow past the construction site.
