Trial time for hockey players

Congratulations to the following St Dominic’s Academy Newcastle hockey players, who were selected for the Amajuba District team after trials held recently.

Under-12 boys – Erich van Zyl and Yusuf Mohammed.

U-12 girls – Erin le Roux and Andiswa Mhlungu.

U-13 boys – Aran Hsu, Simba Rioga, Gundo Muthivhi, Owethu Khabela, Cameron Fenton and Emil Holtak.

U-16 girls – Sria Gokul and Sabrina Carreira.

U-18 girls – Lufuno Muthivhi, Tayla Ponter and Jamie Steenkamp.

They will represent their district at the KwaZulu-Natal Inter-District tournament in the second term – well done!
