One dead in high-speed crash

The car flew over the farm fence, police say

A man has been confirmed dead in what is believed to be a high-speed crash on the Dundee/Nquthu road this morning.

A NRB registered VW went out of control about 5km from the Dundee/Nquthu road junction.  Police on the scene said the car ‘had apparently flown over the farm fence and landed in the field’.

Six other occupants, including a child,  in the car were injured.  All are from the Nquthu area.
