Detectives crack housebreaking case
The suspect has appeared in the Ladysmith Magistrate’s Court on charges of housebreaking and theft

2 detectives from Ladysmith SAPS solved a housebreaking case on Tuesday morning and recovered most of the stolen property.
On March 2, a home in Bengal Road was broken into and various items stolen.
Sergeants Hlongwane and Mofokeng were following up on leads pertaining to the incident, which led them to the CBD and resulted in the arrest of a man aged 28.
The detectives then made their way to Forbes Street, where they recovered a stolen stove, fridge, washing machine and two sofas.
The suspect has appeared in the Ladysmith Magistrate’s Court on charges of housebreaking and theft.
