This was at the KZN MEC’s Community and Police Service Excellence Awards, which was held on February 29 in Durban.

The event is hosted by KZN’s MEC for Transport, Community Safety and Liaison, Willies Mchunu.

In addition to the gold award, the Bergville South African Police Service (SAPS) also received the bronze award for the Best Detective Branch in KZN.
