WATCH: A taste of the Dundee Sidewalk Extravaganza entertainment

The Dundee Sidewalk Extravaganza promises to be a fun event full of lively entertainment, delicious food, art, a special fundraiser and much much more! Dont miss it on April 16. The SPCA will be hosting a fun ‘Bail for Jail’ fundraiser. Mark Wilson will be entertaing the people with his Blues guitar music and will be MC’ing the event.

‘Bail for Jail’ SPCA/Courier fundraiser

The SPCA and the Courier will be hosting a ‘Bail for Jail’ fundraiser to raise much needed funds for the Dundee and District SPCA.
Prominent members of the community will receive a ‘warrant’ to be ‘jailed’ for no longer than an hour during the Dundee Sidewalk Extravaganza on April 16.

They will be given a few days prior to the event to raise the ‘bail’ in the form of cash or pet food.

The ‘prison guard’ – SPCA Inspector Kavish Ramcharan- will release the ‘detainee’ once time has been served.

Come and support the fundraiser and see the ‘detainees’ from 9 am on Beaconsfield Street, behind the Courier Office.
