Mayor of uMtshezi Municipality Councillor Bongani Dlamini graduated with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration recently.

The graduation took place at the University of KwaZulu-Natal – Westville campus. Coupled with his achievements, Mayor Dlamini has completed his thesis titled: “Evaluating the Implementation of the Integrated Development Plan – IDP – with Particular Reference to uMtshezi Local Municipality“.

Mr Dlamini has also obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, Philosophy and Public Administration and now he is focusing on a PhD and plans to register in September this year.
