Vryheid Tourism piques interest at the Mayfair

DEAR Friends of the Tourism Office,

A special word of thanks to everybody who made the AbaQulusi Municipality Tourism Stall at the Mayfair 2016 a great success.

Be it by helping with transport, assisting with manning the stall, donations and making finance available or in an advisory capacity – all of you played a role in the presenting a professional stall. It’s been an honour to present the AbaQulusi Municipality Tourism at the Lions Mayfair 2016.

The public showed a wide interest and many questions were asked, which were handled in a friendly, pleasant and professional way.

A special word of appreciation to the Abaqulusi IT Department and Mr Werner Leach who made it possible to present our tourism attractions on a flat screen. We had our own theatre with chairs and while the public enjoyed the Tourism Data and Information they had the joy of eating popcorn donated by Palm Grove.

Thank you to the representatives from the Battlefields Route for their date and presence. This is a winning event on the AbaQulusi calendar every year.
