Deadly corner strikes again

Residents have long called for extra traffic precautions to regulate and slow down traffic

Dubbed one of the most dangerous intersections in Dundee, the Victoria/Tandy Street corner struck again this morning.

An accident was reported at about 6.45am between, ironically, a tow-truck and a car.

Reports of injuries were not immediately available.

Residents in the area have long called for either a traffic circle but put up at the intersection or a traffic light to regulate traffic flow – especially at peak hours.
