Lennoxton Primary spelling bee’s take home the honey

Pupils of Lennoxton Primary School took part in a Spelling Bee and Astro Quiz, held at the ArcelorMittal Science Centre

Pupils of Lennoxton Primary School took part in a Spelling Bee and Astro Quiz, held at the ArcelorMittal Science Centre, on April 25.

Altogether 22 pupils from three provinces attended the event, 10 of whom were from Lennoxton Primary.

Grade 7 pupils of Lennoxton Primary, Shaurav Haripersadh and Rhea Singh took first and second place respectively

Shaurav, Bhavan Domun, Raelyn Govender and Kajol Maharaj will compete in the next round of the Spelling be and Astro Quiz.

Deputy Principal, Mr M. Dawood, and Head of the Department of English, Mrs M.Govender, wished the pupils well for the next rounds, and congratulated them on their success.
