Described as a huge fountain, water has been gushing out of a burst pipe in Settlers Drive from early this morning (Thursday).
Clean drinking water is flooding the road, with motorists having to drive carefully through the mini river.
“Why is uThukela not interested in coming to fix burst pipes? Aren’t we on water restrictions?” said one upset motorist.
Phone calls have been made to uThukela, but as of now, nothing has been done about the situation and water continues to pump out of the pipe.
