Top Ten Learners for term two of 2016
DHS learners perform well at ESKOM Science Expo in Ladysmith
On Friday, July 29, many excited DHS learners travelled to Ladysmith with Mrs Haschke to take part in the annual ESKOM Science Expo. The learners performed very well and the school is proud to announce that they walked away with six bronze medals and one gold medal out of 10 participants.
Krushil Sewmangal was awarded a gold medal and an A category prize, as well as a prize for the best overall male participant. Krushil Sewmangal and Shaquel Tontpal have been invited to go to the International Science Fair in Boksburg later this year.

DHS congratulates the following learners for their outstanding academic achievements during the second term.
The following learners are the top learners of their grade from grade 8 to grade 12:
Asanda Masala 89%, Sisanda Thango 93%, Keshmiel Govender 93%, Mthobisi Zondo 84% and Siphumelele Gumede 88%.
