AMAJUBA – The State Veterinarian Office of the Amajuba District Department of Agri-Culture will host rabies campaigns in Newcastle and surrounding areas. Members of the public are urged to bring their pets for free rabies injections on the following dates:
– August 15 from 9am to 5pm at the park on the corner of Hospital and Sutherland streets, Arbor Park Shopping Centre. Siyahlala-la Settlement, Apollo Light and Fairleigh Library Hall.
– August 16 from 9am to 5pm in Lennoxton at the Library and the Asham Centre. Fernwood at the Fernwood Shopping Centre.
– August 17 from 9am to 5pm in Sunny Ridge at Newcastle Swimming Pool and in Signal Hill at Pine Junction.
– August 18 from 9am to 5pm at the Barry Hertzog Shopping Centre. The Amajuba Shopping Centre and in Ncandu Park at Hope High School.
– August 19 from 9am to 5pm in Hutten Heights, at the Hutten Heights Shopping Centre, and in Aviary Hill at the Old Apostolic Church in Victoria Road.
– August 20 from 8am to 2pm at the Farmers Hall.
