uThukela say they are doing their best to sort out this issue
uThukela urges people living in the Observation Hill area to stockpile water when they do get it, as the supply is becoming increasingly more fragile as people are faced with water restrictions.
Pressure decreases and the ability to pump enough water to affected areas becomes more difficult. More and more areas will have longer periods without water.
uThukela say they are doing their best to sort out this issue.
