Winning every prize in their division

On Wednesday last week, the Clover Leaf Bulldogs crew all trekked down to Midlands Rugby Sub-Union head office at Woodburn Stadium in Pietermaritzburg for the annual general meeting and prize-giving ceremony.

We took every prize to be won in our division, namely: 1) Crowe Cup for winning our league; 2) Hilton Cup for winning the knock-out competition; 3) Finlay Cup for overall KZN champions of our division; 4) MRSU League Player of the Year, which our inspirational captain courageous Izak Boshoff won; 5) MRSU Most Developed Player of the Year, which was won by our try-scoring machine Senzo Shabalala.

Once again, thanks to all our supporters who, without any shadow of doubt, helped us to bring all these trophies to Ladysmith.
