Hospital Park residents unhappy about pothole
"This pothole could cause an accident if a car tries to avoid it and swerves into the other lane"
Hospital Park residents are not happy about a pothole on the corner of Barrack Road and Beacon Road.
They say the pothole is quite deep and as such, could easily damage a person’s car if driven over.
Birds are often seen taking a bath in the pothole after rain, as it is deep but not extremely large in diameter.
The hole is in the middle of the road and cannot be missed.
“This pothole could cause an accident if a car tries to avoid it and swerves into the other lane,” said one concerned Hospital Park resident.
When the municipality was approached about the matter, they stated that the problem will be seen to and fixed.
